About Line Numberer
Line Numberer adds sequential line numbers to text lines with customizable starting offset, zero-padding, and separator characters.
How to use Line Numberer
- Paste multi-line text into input pane.
- Set line numbering options: start index (e.g. 1), increment step, and separator (e.g. ": ").
- Select zero-padding width if desired.
- Click Add Line Numbers to process text.

FAQ
Can I skip blank lines when numbering?
Yes. You can toggle whether empty lines increment the line number counter or remain unnumbered.
Can I remove existing line numbers from text?
Yes. The tool includes a Strip Line Numbers mode to clean numbered code pastes.
