About UUID v4

These are generated with crypto.randomUUID(), the browser-native implementation of RFC 4122 version 4 UUIDs: 122 random bits, making collisions astronomically unlikely. The validator checks the general RFC 4122 shape (8-4-4-4-12 hex digits, correct version and variant nibbles) for any version, not just v4.
